The project targets families whose homes were partially damaged during the war, with priority given to those living in unsafe conditions or at risk of losing their shelter. It also includes families headed by women, and those with children, elderly individuals, or people with special needs.

The project includes structural repairs to damaged homes, renovation of walls and ceilings, repair of water and electrical systems, and the provision of essential furniture for families who lost their belongings.
